Impossible to communicate with. Our agent was only an order taker. No follow through. Messages left with customer service never returned. Multiple phone calls were necessary to get routing number for our final cruise payment. Air department never returned our calls or messages. By necessity we had to book our own flights. We have now paid for the most expensive trip of our lives with no follow up or advice.
