Our travel agent with Pavlus, Fia Bauer, is a pleasure to work with. We have booked several cruises and also land tours with her. We have had no issues with anything. There are many companies doing this , give her a try you won’t be disappointed.
Impossible to communicate with. Our agent was only an order taker. No follow through. Messages left with customer service never returned. Multiple phone calls were necessary to get routing number for our final cruise payment. Air department never returned our calls or messages. By necessity we had to book our own flights. We have now paid for the most expensive trip of our lives with no follow up or advice.

Odyssey Tours small group experience was very well organized with outstanding guides in every city; the overall guide stayed with us the whole trip going out of her way to make our trip a success. The bus drivers were fantastic!! The hotels were 4 and 5 star gems with excellent meals provided.
