UPDATE: I now have my refund. Thank you for seeing sense and making allowances for extenuating circumstances.
I have changed my rating to go up by one star to reflect the eventual result although the stress that has been caused is something I should not have had to cope with.

Since September last year I have attended 6 funerals, my dog died and my best friend was attacked and raped. I was going to get another dog and was looking for training companies. I found this one and signed up but completely forgot which company I had signed up to. I paid my first 6 month special offer but only ever received one email from them asking to verify my email address. After that I had nothing and events rather took over my life. I could remember who I'd signed up to and didn't use their services. 6 months down the line they have taken a further £95.99 from me because I forgot them and apparently because I hadn't cancelled the agreement they have refused to refund me. The initial payment I can let go but seeing as they can see I've not used their services since sign up why won't can't they refund my money? They know I'm not going to use their services but because I can't provide proof of my dogs death they won't refund my money. My dog died in my arms and is buried in my garden. I cancelled the microchip details, and can no longer access these as I no longer have an account with them. PayPal have denied my claim to get my money back. This is pure theft with no understanding of mental health issues and no acceptance of extenuating circumstances.
I've never left a bad review of any company before as I believe that if I can't say anything kind then I should keep quiet but this time I cannot condone theft and want to warn others to make a note of what you sign up to and remember to cancel because otherwise they will take your money. I had no email confirmation of what I'd signed up to, no copy of any cancellation clauses or options, no communication from the at all since the one email. In fact I'm not even sure I verified my email address.
Any company that can steal from someone with mental health issues, not taking any extenuating circumstances into account is a very poor company and I can't condone their behaviour.
