I almost met the Lord the other day as both my bestest good girls tried to be first out the door. They are both large breeds and very strong. I am not a weakling by any standard but I am 5"2' and 125lbs. Nuff said. I just literally signed up like maybe 1 hour ago I've read 1 lesson started navigating the application and I went to the chat with experts I told the lady Anna everything I need help with and how I was lost feelings of overwhelming emotions and she helped me understand the lessons training I'm working on tomorrow morning my 1st one with all my questions answered plus suggestions plus all the problem areas I need to work on and answered all questions and suggestions with them as well as tips guidance on how to immediately help start the behavior to stop even before they showed me those lessons training. This is the 3rd expert I've chatted with and each has had such good advice for the progress we're making. Robert helped me focus on our senior dog accepting the new young addition. We are loving the app and the service provided.
Unhappy that an initial ‘one off’ course purchase is registered on PayPal as an introductory Trial Period followed by a Monthly Subscription. I definitely did not sign up for an ongoing subscription and have emailed Paw Champ to cancel this with immediate effect!
Just added an extra star as Paw Champ responded immediately and cancelled the ongoing subscription. Still disappointed - also with the trial course which seemed very generic and didn't take into account much of the information provided about my dog.
I like that Ashlyn looked over the previous chat so she was up to speed. She also had an additional chapter to recommend for even more help. I liked that too. Being directed to relevant sections is a huge time saver for me.
I asked my question then lost my connection until the next day. When I was able to get back online, I navigated to the conversation expecting to see it end with just my question. However, Anna had asked me a follow-up question and when I didn't respond, she acknowledged that I was not online and gave me a very thorough answer anyway, which I truly appreciate. Thank you.
