Unhappy that an initial ‘one off’ course purchase is registered on PayPal as an introductory Trial Period followed by a Monthly Subscription. I definitely did not sign up for an ongoing subscription and have emailed Paw Champ to cancel this with immediate effect!
Just added an extra star as Paw Champ responded immediately and cancelled the ongoing subscription. Still disappointed - also with the trial course which seemed very generic and didn't take into account much of the information provided about my dog.
