Ordered a Dental Spray for my Dog. Site looked legitimate. Product looked promising. I am a regular user of online shopping and do a lot of it from Name Brands to Temu. Never have I had a company brush me off with no true support. FIRST….Was tracking my order from July 08 2025 for this Paw Guardian Dental Spray and it never left the in Transit mode on their site. So….I Contacted the company on July 15, 2025 and had a response right away from “Cindy”. Was told my order was on the way so waited to see if the status changed or if I would actually receive the product. Few days later still no product or changes to the tracking. So contacted “Cindy” again and was told that Logistics was contacted and there was an issue. So they reshipped my product. Ok….i was hopeful. Now it is July 31 and no product, no tracking updates after given a new tracking number. Which shows that there is No record of my order. Was also told they were changing shipping companies. So there were issues. Now it is August 8, 2025 and no product and no refund. Also paid for shipping protection. There has been no communication or responses to my last few emails. No refund offered as I need to receive product and then return product to get a refund! One of their Policies. So now I am out 80.00$. Lesson……Do not order from Paw Guardian! I have contacted my credit card company to support an investigation to get a refund. Wish I could give A No Star review. 😑Still no refund. It is now August 14,2025. 😞Update: 🤔I finally received the product on August 15, 2025. Requested a refund and their policy is you have to pay the shipping fees to return it. So….buyer beware please read all of the policies before you purchase. Lesson learned for me.
