I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Paw Guardian. I purchased a dental spray for my dog that cost a significant amount, and their website clearly stated delivery within 5 to 15 days. It has now been over TWO MONTHS and I still have not received my product.
I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, and all I get are generic excuses and empty assurances. At one point, they claimed they sent a replacement — that was over a month ago and that has not arrived either. Every time I request a refund, my messages are either ignored or brushed aside with the same scripted responses.
Taking payment immediately but failing to deliver the product, then refusing to issue a refund, is completely unacceptable. This feels highly unprofessional and misleading.
Buyers, please be cautious. Based on my experience, this company takes your money, delays endlessly, and avoids refunds. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.
Our vet had put our boy on a liver pill, Denamarin, and suggested he stay on it for 3 months. The price was nearly two hundred dollars, (after we paid for the consultation!)
Approaching the end of the month, I saw an advertisement for the VERY meds he's on !
I paid for quick postage, because we saved nearly eighty dollars..!
The process was easy, quick and friendly.

My dog would not touch his food when i sprayed the dental clean solution and very resistant to me spraying it in his mouth.When i initiated the refund process i had to submit a photo of the product and then a return address was provided. They requested that I did NOT put the name of the company in the address and the estimate of the refund they are moving a $5 credit from the single bottle price to the price of the two bottles I am returning?!Buyer beware!

IT REALLY WORKS!!!!Having been using it for just over two weeks, already noticed their breath is much better. I was kept informed of the delivery status which was nice. My only constructive criticism would be I would have liked the bottle to be sealed with sprayer off as two of the boxes were damp from the tops leaking.
Customer service is fabulous! I had an issue with the product being damaged after shipping. They have sent me a new one. My pups seem to like the taste of it. So far so good! Their breath seems to be getting better after just a week of use. If only I can get my hubby to remember to use it!! Lol
