SCAMMERS
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Paw Guardian. I purchased a dental spray for my dog that cost a significant amount, and their website clearly stated delivery within 5 to 15 days. It has now been over TWO MONTHS and I still have not received my product.
I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, and all I get are generic excuses and empty assurances. At one point, they claimed they sent a replacement — that was over a month ago and that has not arrived either. Every time I request a refund, my messages are either ignored or brushed aside with the same scripted responses.
Taking payment immediately but failing to deliver the product, then refusing to issue a refund, is completely unacceptable. This feels highly unprofessional and misleading.
Buyers, please be cautious. Based on my experience, this company takes your money, delays endlessly, and avoids refunds. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.
