I ordered a jumper for £43.36 and received a product that was not what I ordered. When I contacted the company, they admitted the issue but told me I had to pay for the return postage myself. I ended up paying £23.50 out of my own pocket to send back an item that they got wrong (non-refundable!)This whole situation has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unfair. A customer should not be financially penalised for a mistake made by the company. I would not recommend this business based on my experience at all!
