The original shirt I received was dark and shadowy like others had experienced. They offered to replace it, and promised to send me a preview of it beforehand for approval. I wish they did this as a rule, but the bottom line for me is that their customer service was excellent at fixing the problem. The second shirt I received was perfect, and received in a timely fashion.
