I ordered an embroided sweatshirt with the motive in the middle and the name below. The whole motive was tilted to the right. So no one there bothered to make user the fabrik was straight before they started and did not see how bad it was when they were finish with it.They offered me a 10% refund which I replied I did not want. They came back to me offering me to re-do my order free of charge, this time I have mail communication with the designer, I approved the design and it is now in process, fingers crossed they do a good job. I will update my review once I receive my order.Update! I received my new re-done sweatshirt, And this time everything, design, stiching, etc.. was great!!
