My dog recently passed away and ordered a sweatshirt as a memorial and the design not only looks nothing like the picture but he looks terrifying. He literally looks like a devil dog. Even during Halloween I would never want to remember him that way. So disappointing!!! I have reached out for a refund/replacement and have not heard a word. Have tried to send an email as well as called the number provided and nothing.
