I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a product worth £60, which was marked as delivered but was simply left outside in an unsecured place and ended up stolen. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take any responsibility and would not issue a refund. Instead of getting real help, all I received were automated replies that sent me around in circles with no resolution.In the end, I lost £60 and never even received the product. Very poor service and complete lack of accountability. I will not be ordering from them again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
