The items were adorable, but the service and logistics were terribly managed. I placed my order on 11/11/25, and it took nearly two months for it to be processed and delivered. The tracking information seemed unreliable and made no sense. It would indicate 'delivered in 5 more days' and never updated. When I contacted the support team about my concerns, their responses were evasive, simply stating, 'Here’s a tracker, please be patient.' After several exchanges, and with their responses not matching the website's logistics, I requested a full refund for the undelivered items. By then, it had already been over a month and a half. Again, I was told to 'please be patient' and given a tracker. Finally, after around two months, I received my packages and asked for compensation for the disorganized service, but they only offered 10% off my order of over 90 dollars. After much back and forth, on 01/11/26, they provided a $15 discount, which felt inadequate. While they were polite, their customer service was poorly organized. I'm frustrated, but relieved it's finally resolved.
