It didn’t have the typical softness; rather, it felt more like the outer part, which was stiffer. However, I really like the sweater overall, and it fits true to size, though it might be slightly short. I shared a picture of my two cats, one black and one tortie. I was worried about how the tortie would look, but she turned out great, while the black cat's design was less appealing to me. Initially, I wasn't satisfied with the sweater, but the support team was quick to address my concerns. They helped me get a replacement after I paid a fee of 18 dollars. I believe there shouldn’t have been a charge, but I appreciated their responsiveness. The representatives were very polite and accommodating, allowing me to make adjustments and providing multiple designs to choose from. I think this sweater makes a wonderful gift, and I would consider purchasing again, although the price feels a bit high.
