Ordered 2 sweaters for christmas. When they arrived the embroidery looked nothing like what's advertised, also overall sweater quality not as expected. After a lot of back and forth with customer service (offered discount codes or partial refund) they offered a free replacement. We wanted to see a draft and finally agreed after third draft. Got shipping confirmation and confirmation that we could discard other sweaters. Package didn’t leave warehouse for 3 weeks. Reached out to customer service again and they offered discount or another replacement as the package seemed lost. Also wanted to get the alresdy discarded sweaters back. We wanted refund, as it was supposed to be a christmas gift. While disputing with bank we received the sweaters after a month. Looked nothing like draft or anything like our cat. Customer service uncooperative and wants us to pay for customs and shipping to return.
