I received prompt responses to my emails about sizing for a dog coat. Despite providing accurate measurements, I was suggested a size that turned out to be too large. The company won’t issue a refund, only an exchange. A reputable company would refund items in perfect condition. The product didn’t match the photo, which looked much better. I took care to get the measurements right, but the item is significantly larger than advertised. I'm dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend this company due to their poor exchange policy.
