This has been a frustrating experience! I measured my dog and ordered according to the size chart, but I received incorrect sizes. I emailed immediately but was told the size I received is correct. I've had no further replies or solutions. All items seem to be sourced from a cheaper platform, and delivery has been slower than expected. The website looks appealing, but the delivery, pricing, and customer service have been very disappointing.
