Awful service. Dog bed was expensive and took weeks to arrive. I realised later they just order them from temu/ali express for a fraction of the price. The dog bed wasn’t fit for purpose and just collapsed. It was supposed to be a hut style bed that the dog sits inside. I sent photos. Their response was that I couldn’t return it as the dog had been in it. This is wrong as per the sale of goods act. The item was not fit for purpose. However I accepted a partial refund for an easy life so that I wouldn’t have to deal with them further. EDIT in response to the reply below. I told you the day it arrived and can prove this with emails. Happy to supply photos and emails as proof.
