I received prompt replies to my emails regarding measurements for a dog coat. However, despite providing accurate measurements, I was recommended a size that turned out to be excessively large. Unfortunately, the support team will only offer an exchange and not a refund, which is disappointing. Any trustworthy service would typically refund items in perfect condition. Additionally, the actual product did not resemble the photo, which appeared much more appealing. I put effort into ensuring the measurements were correct, yet the item is significantly larger than indicated. I'm dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service. It's very disappointing that they won't accept returns for such items, which can often be tricky to size correctly. Avoid purchasing from them.
