You misspelled the state of Virginia on the order and you don’t even think that you should have corrected it thanks anyway I hope you don’t make this mistake again for others

Our dad will be with us forever! I wasn't sure how they would turn out but man, that's my dad! I ordered 3 keychains - one for me & each of my sisters. I loved giving them as mementos and now we all have a photo of dad with us! Thank you so much for always having a great memory
I was happy with the quality of the picture and the overall look of the keychains. The images were just as I sent and the personalization was perfect. The quality of the keychains was a bit less than I had hoped for. It was ok but the advertising on the website made it look like they would be a bit thicker and durable. For the price, I would have expected a bit better quality. It took at least a month to get them which, in the case of giving a memory for a pet that passed away, it would have been nice to get them a little sooner, especially having to pay an additional $10 to ship two tiny keychains that weighed a couple of ounces.
I ordered customized socks 🧦 for a dear friend WELL BEFORE Xmas 🎄 Unfortunately they did not show up in time. My dear friend is terminally ill and not sure she’ll be here next Xmas so I was really wanting them to get here😔 “Amy” from Pawfect has been AMAZING with communicating and updating me! She wasn’t sure why the order never made it so reordered them again and they showed up after a little bit & I gave them to my friend last week😃. She LOVES LOVES to read 📚 and the 2 pair of socks were PERFECT!! QUALITY was great!!! Soft, warm and they had books 📚 all over them. There was a picture of my friend reading with a tea in her hand (like she does😂🫖☕️) with her glasses 👓 on and at the bottom of the socks 🧦 It says “F*K Off I’m reading”. When I gave them to her last week she not only LOVED them but she said she used that EXACT line to her hubby the night before as he kept bugging her to watch a cheesy movie 🎥. The reading 📚 won! Now she’ll just show him the bottom of her foot wen he bugs her!!😂😂 The laughs we got from these socks made my heart VERY FULL!! Thank you so much Amy for making it right and for making my dear sweet friend so happy!! ❤️😍📚👓
PS. We don’t swear like that so it made it even funnier🤣😂
I was extremely let down when the keychains arrived. After waiting more than three weeks for delivery and receiving several emails stating they were 'arriving today,' I was left disappointed. The quality did not match the cost—what I got was a flimsy cutout of a dog against a black background. I won't be ordering again.
I ordered a blanket through social media, but it was returned after reaching California. I reached out to the company, and they responded the following day. They created a new blanket and shipped it with priority. I received it a few days before Christmas, and it exceeded my expectations compared to the advertisement. I highly recommend this company for their prompt problem-solving and excellent communication, as well as for providing a quality gift.
