Having two grandsons I have become very familiar with Tonies and now have my own box and am busy recording with Creative Tonies. Both boys love the stories but one of the most delightful experiences was watching the two-year-old swapping between the Tonies recorded by his Mum and Dad to listen to their voices after saying bye-bye to them when they left for an evening out leaving Nanny in charge. To be able to record messages for them presents a wonderful opportunity for me to talk to them whether in their company or not. I must also add that the assistance I received from Customer Support was phenomenal when the Express delivery I had paid for failed to materialise.

This is my second review of the service as they have misplaced our replacement parcel. We haven't received any tracking information and were informed today that it was supposedly signed for by a neighbor. However, none of our neighbors have it, and it was delivered to number 3 instead of our actual address at number 35. Communication has been sporadic, and we've received conflicting information through emails. I've been trying to resolve this since December 27th, and we still have no solution. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with the service.
After buying a product for a holiday gift, I discovered it was defective. Due to high demand for support, live chat was disabled, forcing me to rely on email communication. The replies were automated and took weeks to arrive. They are now requesting proof of purchase and evidence, which I have submitted twice, yet I keep receiving emails claiming they haven't heard from me—once again, an automated reply. I've been trying to resolve this for three weeks without being able to speak to anyone directly about the issue. This level of customer service is very disappointing, especially for a product that isn't inexpensive.
I bought a tonie box 2 for my grandson for Christmas, but it stopped charging. I reached out to the support team, and they were incredibly helpful. I've now received a replacement tonie box, and the communication with the company was fantastic. Excellent service and very supportive.
I received the Tonie box and related items from a recent sale, but unfortunately, the Tonie box didn't function at all right from the start. I attempted to reach out to the support team for assistance and submitted a request for help. After waiting a week without any response, I opted to return the item and was fortunate enough to purchase another Tonie box from a different retailer. Regarding the return, I didn't receive any updates on the tracking for six weeks, and I finally got a refund of £67, even though I originally paid £75.99, without any explanation for the discrepancy. There seems to be no way to contact the support team, as I haven't heard back from my last two inquiries. I definitely won't be purchasing from this company again.
Currently on my second box, had to get the first replaced under warranty - customer service was very helpful and quick to respond, but now my replacement has just stopped working, well over a week I still haven’t had a response to my ticket, got an email to say they’re busy and reply if I still need help, that was a week ago tomorrow.
Expect for the no responses and the fact the unit just stopped working - we love our tonies box and it’s used every night for bed time and every morning for dancing so we are really missing it!
I reached out to the support team via email regarding my order, and I still haven't received a response. This is the only way to contact them! I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. After weeks of waiting, I have nothing to show for it but a disappointed child. My son missed out on his main Christmas gift because of this service, and they are still holding onto my money. With his birthday approaching, I’m unable to buy him anything after the holiday expenses, which would have been possible if I had received my refund. Now, he might miss out on his birthday present as well, all due to the poor customer service and their failure to process my refund for an item I never received. I ordered on November 26, but the bundle I paid for never arrived. I followed up multiple times, and although it was eventually sent, the delivery service returned it because they couldn’t deliver it. I contacted them for a refund, and after much persistence, they informed me that I would need to wait up to four weeks for it. It’s been four weeks since the item was returned, and I still have not received my money back. We didn’t return it; the delivery service did, and none of that was our fault. They didn’t even attempt to deliver it to our address, and it took an unreasonable amount of time for the company to dispatch it! It’s unacceptable that they are holding £105 of my money for a product I never received. This situation is completely unfair and unethical, and I deserve to have my money refunded promptly.
We absolutely adore this audio box, and our 18-month-old daughter feels the same way. Each morning, the first thing she does upon waking is grab her favorite character, place it on the box, and immediately start dancing with the biggest smile on her face 😂 It's truly a delightful sight. It's incredibly user-friendly, sturdy, and the music and stories keep her engaged, entertained, and joyful. I’m certain it will only become more enjoyable as she grows and discovers more stories and music. If you’re considering it, go for it. This has been an enormous success for us. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
