The turn around to get the items was quick and hassle free
However, I was disappointed in the size. The quality was great but the sizes were huge. I ordered a large for my daughter and XL for my son and you can get two of them in the L and XL. Will wash it hoping it shrinks. There should be info stating they run big - I would have ordered a size smaller
