I ordered a T shirt to be delivered in Helsinki, Finland on March 27th. Today is April 12 and I still don't have package. The package was sent to someplace 30 minutes away from the delivery address. They told me to contact shipper which my daughter did 3 times. The package is there but can't be released without a code, etc. Mail system In Helsinki is different than US. I asked for a refund and got an email reply asking "Did you read my emails"? Don't buy from them. Maybe items shipped within the US are more likely to be delivered. I also don't understand why I need to contact shipper. I didn't buy from shipper, I bought from Pawfect House not the shipper.
