After two years of usage (about four days a week), the battery on my device stopped holding a charge. Despite following all troubleshooting steps from the company’s website and communicating with the support team, the battery failed to charge. The tracker wasn't damaged in any way. Instead of replacing the clearly faulty device, the support team offered a discount on a new tracker with supposedly better battery life. I found this offer quite insulting and cannot recommend a company with such poor customer service. I won't be purchasing another tracker from them, especially since the battery issue seems to be a known problem that appears after the warranty period.
