Surprise to feel the weight of it and the dimensions. Slightly heavier than I thought it’d be. Still very compatible with others on the market. Well built and sturdy construction. Very pleased with trials , now two full weeks and getting three full days exercise between charging the transmitter. Relatively cheap to run at monthly cost of less than a fiver. I switched to this tracker for my small cat because it’s the tiniest one I've encountered. The subscription cost is also more budget-friendly. It seems reliable, although there are times it inaccurately places him on the A55, likely due to the tracker resetting. The customer service is quite responsive, and there's a helpful Facebook group for users to share experiences and questions. The tracker has a feature that shows where he's wandering, usually to sneak some cat food I don’t give him. It includes a little alarm that I use to call him home for his freeze-dried chicken treats. Additionally, it has a light feature to help locate it in the dark if it gets misplaced. I charge it overnight, ensuring it’s fully powered for his adventures the next day.
I’m truly impressed with the tracker’s size and weight, and its accuracy is commendable. After being found following a few weeks of being lost, our cat has been using this device. I've tested it throughout the city, and it consistently pinpointed my location accurately. Our cat is comfortable with the quick-release collar, which features a bell, and the light and alarm are handy additions, all managed through an easy-to-use app that provides clear mapping along with location and battery details. It's advisable to recharge after reaching 60% since the battery tends to drain quickly below 40%, so having a few hours of charging ready for emergencies is essential. Charging is straightforward and takes a couple of hours.

After two years of usage (about four days a week), the battery on my device stopped holding a charge. Despite following all troubleshooting steps from the company’s website and communicating with the support team, the battery failed to charge. The tracker wasn't damaged in any way. Instead of replacing the clearly faulty device, the support team offered a discount on a new tracker with supposedly better battery life. I found this offer quite insulting and cannot recommend a company with such poor customer service. I won't be purchasing another tracker from them, especially since the battery issue seems to be a known problem that appears after the warranty period.
This tracking device is exceptional. I’ve purchased several for my dogs, currently using one for my springer and another for my terrier. We successfully tracked our spaniel when he wandered off one day, and the collar's beeper has helped avoid a few near mishaps. It works effectively in both urban and rural settings, providing great peace of mind.
This is a fantastic tracking solution that is very user-friendly. The battery lasts through numerous walks (we typically cover around 10 miles daily). When I encountered issues, they were swiftly resolved with just a couple of emails to the support team.
This tracker gives me peace of mind during walks. I’ve recommended it to fellow dog walkers. It would be a five-star review, but I find its shape a bit bulky, making it susceptible to damage if my dog rolls on hard surfaces like in the woods or on the beach.
An excellent product that functions well even in areas where many other trackers fail! I enjoy monitoring the distance my dog covers, including steps and calories. Thankfully, I haven’t had to use the tracker for locating him, but it’s reassuring to know it’s available if needed. I would highly recommend this product.
