Frustrating experience with the payment process.

I watched an extensive video and believed I was interested in a dog water product. After entering my credit card information, I discovered there were extra items required. I couldn't find a way to cancel the transaction and don’t recall seeing an option to confirm. The payment process appears to have issues, lacking a cancellation option and adding necessary items for proper product functionality. I hope the company addresses this.

Pawcify on-LINE order

I watch a long video from Pawcify and thought I had interest in a dog water product. I put in my credit card info and found that there were additional items that were required. I could not find a way to cancel the transaction and don't remember an option to confirm. The payment process seems flawed by having no cancelation option and then adding additional items necessary for the product to operate correctly. I hope the company will do the right thing.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. When you write with a concern or question, you get an canned answer.. When you try again, you get another canned answer. It feels like your talking with a robot. They have no way for you to actually call someone.

good product-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I tried for 3 months to cancel my subscription for a dog that died. There is NO link or way to cancel once you sign on-SO BUYER BEWARE!!!

Pawfy com -Don't order!!

Pawfy.com If you place an order then they put you on a subscription plan, it's a scam, so beware! I didn't see much difference with my dogs issues when I use their product. So buyer beware! I would not use them or any products from them ever again!

SUBSCRIPTION SCAM

UPDATED!!Don’t email—use their Contact Us form to receive a faster response. I got a very quick and “helpful” response and was told that “my PAWFY account” was completely closed (no more subscription). I also asked for a refund and as soon as I showed proof (copy of receipt from post office) (make sure PAWFY provides you with return codes) they processed my refund immediately. You do have to pay for the postage to return the product. I was also well within my time limit for a return so had no issues there.The refund showed pending in my bank account as if I was finally going to receive a refund then it disappeared-no credit.Now I realize the above was all a show. This is ridiculous.=======Unless this really works for your fur baby I highly recommend… DO NOT ORDER FROM PAWFY.I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered and I felt I did my research.1) It doesn’t work for my Mini Schnauzer. If anything, it made him worse—more itchy and hot spots.2) When I placed an order I did not realize I was signing up for a subscription and I checked! If you read reviews on BBB there are several people who didn’t realize this either so PAWFY is doing something that we don’t realize. One person, okay. A lot of people, there is a problem.So lo and behold my account was deducted and order processed at 2:00 am. You CANNOT remove your payment method or cancel your so called account/subscription altogether.Supposedly there isn’t a phone number and you can only email PAWFY.I’ve emailed PAWFY to set up a return. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll update my review hopefully with good news.

Pawfy Incorporated took money from my account without my authorization. They are trying to send things i didn't want and now they are trying to say that they can't find any account associated with my email address but they surely have taken my money. Please don't order from them cause they will rip you off. No matter how you try you can't reach them when you are asking for your money back

If you place an order and think you're not on AUTO-SHIP, think agian. You will be shipped anything you order right on time next month. They're happy to have you return it at your expense. I guess they hope it costs or is too much bother to return. If you have ordered I strongly suggest you go and check your account amd remove all the auto-ship they put you on. I found 2 more after catching the first one.I will let you know if I actually get my a refund and there are any glitches.

I ordered from this company and only wanted to try a product to see how it would work on my dog. I didn't subscribe to it but some how they got me down like that. I have asked to be taking off and I no longer wanted the product but they keep sending it to me. I am reporting it
