UPDATED!!Don’t email—use their Contact Us form to receive a faster response. I got a very quick and “helpful” response and was told that “my PAWFY account” was completely closed (no more subscription). I also asked for a refund and as soon as I showed proof (copy of receipt from post office) (make sure PAWFY provides you with return codes) they processed my refund immediately. You do have to pay for the postage to return the product. I was also well within my time limit for a return so had no issues there.The refund showed pending in my bank account as if I was finally going to receive a refund then it disappeared-no credit.Now I realize the above was all a show. This is ridiculous.=======Unless this really works for your fur baby I highly recommend… DO NOT ORDER FROM PAWFY.I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered and I felt I did my research.1) It doesn’t work for my Mini Schnauzer. If anything, it made him worse—more itchy and hot spots.2) When I placed an order I did not realize I was signing up for a subscription and I checked! If you read reviews on BBB there are several people who didn’t realize this either so PAWFY is doing something that we don’t realize. One person, okay. A lot of people, there is a problem.So lo and behold my account was deducted and order processed at 2:00 am. You CANNOT remove your payment method or cancel your so called account/subscription altogether.Supposedly there isn’t a phone number and you can only email PAWFY.I’ve emailed PAWFY to set up a return. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll update my review hopefully with good news.
