I can mirror a few of these reviews! I ordered some treats for my dogs itchy skin. I paid £30 on my debit card. The treats are ineffective - I did not sign or join anything and yet ANOTHER payment has been taken from my bank today. I filled out the on line web form and found an email address for this Company stating I wanted to cancel and did not want their products. No reply to those. Yet several hours later I received notification that my “order” had been shipped! I’m so annoyed. My bank has put a block on any future payments. Avoid this company at all costs! I will be pursuing them for a refund of my £30 for chews I did not order and to add insult to injury did NOTHING to help my dogs skin!

2nd update…. You have just issued me a refund! I should think so too. It’s a Disgusting way to treat people who are simply looking to help their beloved pets!
