Purchased”Calming Dog Bed”- delivery was fast but I don’t believe the quality is as described, the website suggests raised rim.. mine has none. It lists it as offering a “sense of security and coziness” which it does not, the centre section is very flat and low content filled.. the rim is only a seam and not raised. The “iron clad, risk free 30 day guarantee” is clearly not as described. Having emailed backward and forward I was only offered £25 credit (total cost was just under £50). Although customer service was polite and efficient and the credit was paid quickly.The refund policy outlines the product is to be returned unused and in original packaging - but as it is supplied in a vacuum packed outer bag - this is impossible to achieve.All in all a very poor quality product with a very poor refund policy. Would not recommend.
