After a non delivery of one of the dog beds I had ordered......weeks later and many replies from 'customer service' about it not being their problem but the shippers. I had to finally say A REFUND NOW! and a refund came. This is very sad because something is obviously going wrong with their business model. And it ends up with the customer having to get unpleasant and demand satisfaction. Do better Pawhot and we can then order from you happily. The first bed itself is fine the problem arises from the people they use to ship the items. Sad
