This crucial information is not mentioned anywhere on the website or during the checkout process. Knowing the long shipping times from that region, I wouldn't have placed an order for the holiday season. I ordered three weeks ago, and the last tracking update was on December 9th. There have been no updates since, and contacting the support team has proven impossible. Please heed the warnings of the majority of these reviews and avoid making a purchase here. I wish I had.
