Wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. Was totally taken in by website which I now know is a scam. Please do not order from these thieves. I only lost around £30 but if you multiply that by even just the customers on here who have left a review, you will see they are making a fortune. I sent numerous emails and was told I couldn't do anything about my non-delivery until after 60 days had passed, then surprise surprise they stopped replying to my emails! So I will be putting this down to experience and will learn from it. The fact they are selling gifts for pets is very cunning as we in the UK are an animal loving nation. I hope my story helps others too before it us too late for them.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I ORDERED TWO ITEMS, WAITED NEARLY A MONTH FOR DELIVERY - ONCE RECEIVED, MY DOGS DESTROYED THEM IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. I REACHED OUT VIA EMAIL BUT NEVER GOT A RESPONSE, EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE PROMISES A 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. THIS FEELS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM, POOR QUALITY!
If I could give a lower rating, I would. My experience with the representative has been incredibly frustrating, and I now see that the company is not trustworthy. I placed my order in early December and, after checking reviews, I realize this is a scam. I feel foolish for believing it wouldn't happen to me, but here we are.
I bought two ducks, but the quality was terrible and they fell apart within minutes. They are not safe for dogs as they are unsuitable for play, with dangerous insides that fall out. One of them was already coming unstitched before I could give it to my dog. I contacted the support team and was told to return it to an address in Germany at my own expense. This feels like a complete misrepresentation. I could have just purchased something cheaper elsewhere and likely had a better experience.
Important: Review Before Purchasing! Like many others here, I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. It claims to be a local company, but the item is shipped directly from overseas. This crucial information is not mentioned anywhere on the website or during the checkout process. Knowing the long shipping times from that region, I wouldn't have placed an order for the holiday season. I ordered three weeks ago, and the last tracking update was on December 9th. There have been no updates since, and contacting the support team has proven impossible. Please heed the warnings of the majority of these reviews and avoid making a purchase here. I wish I had.
I am still waiting for the toys two weeks after placing my order, so I have escalated this issue to my credit card company. The most frustrating part was receiving an email last week apologizing for the delay and offering a 10% discount on my next purchase—like I would consider that when my initial order hasn't even arrived, especially since it was only valid for 48 hours! I believe this company is engaging in fraudulent practices.
Like many others, I ordered two supposedly indestructible dog toys. I received an email with a poor excuse for the delivery delay. I have sent multiple emails to the customer support team but have received no response. This feels like a clear scam! I regret falling for the advertisement on social media.
