One more single star for this company after a terrible experience. Like many others, I wish it could be zero stars. I ordered a portrait and sent in photos per the specs. They sent it to me for review after an incredibly long time — I wasn’t waiting around to check my email and missed it. I stumbled upon it a day or so later along with another email that said since I hadn’t responded they were sending it to production. I immediately looked at it and noticed a ton of issues (dog was comically out of proportion, the paws were cut off so he had no feet, etc.) and asked them to hold off. No response. I sent about five more emails. No response. I tried to call. No response because the phone number on the site is out of service. I sent more emails. No response. I tried to submit a request through their website. No response. During all of this, I continued to get emails from them about how my portrait was in production and then later had been shipped. I’m a lawyer and am currently in the process of trying to track down the country in which this company is physically located so that I can report them to the proper agency. Someone will get them sooner or later and I would like to assist in that process.
