The insurance claims a response time of 5-7 days, but here I am, two months later, only able to send texts. The only reply I get is to be patient, with no clarity on the delays. Tragically, my dog passed away during this period, and I canceled my plan. They still charged me and then denied my refund request, advising me to contact my bank. The customer support has been extremely poor, making this a frustrating use of time and money. I have little hope for any compensation.
