paid almost a £100 for a dog collar, could of got it from china for £30 but wanted a uk based shop so i could have it in a few days and the quality would be good which led me to pawpals they say they are based in loughborough however cant supply a uk contact n.o are online only will only communicate though facebook messenger and its been almost 4 weeks and still no collar they tell me theyve ordered it from overseas well i could of done this myself, scandalous when stores say they are uk based but cant provide a uk contact n.o for customer service just wrong
