I ordered a cat fountain and received the wrong fountain. Plus parts for the one I ordered and the one they sent so I can’t use it because the parts don’t fit together. Tried emailing and calling-phone numbers on the website don’t get you anywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The recommended filter for my product…

The recommended filter for my product is not the correct filter. Customer service told me to cut the filter to fit into the fountain. I did not receive my full order and have emailed 7 times to request a return. Do not buy from this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.I wish id searched and read reviews before purchasing from this site (paw pals shop.com) after making a payment I received NO CONTACT and NO ITEM. Its a FAKE website and a SCAM to take your money. Wouldve rated it zero stars if had the choice.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, clearly a company who take your money and run. Over priced products for cheap looking items, send out incorrect size to what you ordered and then ignore you. Opening a claim via my bank and will be sure to leave these con artists reviews wherever I can

No stars. Dreadful.

If there was a place for no stars I would have gone there. I've given this an undeserved ONE star. Only having paid for the goods did I then discover they were coming from abroad and could take up to 5 weeks to arrive. I'm still waiting.

Nowhere on their website dies it say where they are based nor does it say that orders are shipped from a country outside of the UK. They refuse to say where they are shipped from. I wouldn't have ordered had I known this.
