I ordered a product from pawprintpad.com & never received it. When you email the company it takes several days before you get a response. The 1st tracking # they provided wasn't valid & the 2nd tracking # they provided shows that the product was delivered to a different street name (not my address). This company doesn't deserve any stars! Very bad customer service. Don't waste your time or money ordering anything from them unless you like stress.
