Back in November, 2025 we bought a harness for our dog, Freida, because she could no longer have a leash attached to her collar. She had developed a tumor on her neck and with a leash attached to the collar, it put pressure on the tumor. We were trying different harnesses where the leash attached to a ring on the top of the harness instead of the front, and ordered one that looked like it would work, from Paw Print Pad. Their website said "Easy Returns" for a refund or exchange. The way the harness fit still put pressure on the tumor, so it wouldn't work. When I requested to return it for a refund, I was told that they had just changed their Return Policy, and if I wanted a refund I would have to return the harness to their warehouse in China. However, if I wanted store Credit, they would give me a 50% refund, and I could keep or donate the harness. If I wanted a cash refund, they would give me a 20% refund, and I could keep or donate the harness. Since it cost more to ship to China than I paid for the Harness, I accepted their offer for the 20% refund. That was in November. I have made multiple requests via email for them to process my refund, but every time I get an auto response that they are still waiting for an update from the appropriate department to be able to process my refund. No customer service at all!
