I placed on order on January 17, 2026 and as of March 9, 2026 I have not received the item. I tried to call and all calls go unanswered and are not returned. I did manage an email response with this response "I completely understand your concern about the delivery time, and I appreciate your patience. I’ve checked your order and can confirm that your package has already been shipped and is currently in transit."
I asked about future response time with purchasing filters, not responded to. I asked for a return and was told the item has been shipped just wait.
I would advise anyone to pick a competitors product this is a Chinese made product so not even sure how safe it is for your dog, shipping shows it originated in china, probably find one on amazon for less money and at least amazon will back you.
