Beautiful Puppies. Just, too darned rich for my finial situation. It's a shame. Alot of these puppies probably miss out on being adopted into a wonderful, loving home, and having a wonderful life because the outrageous amount of money it would cost. I imagine at prices like this many puppies sit waiting for a long time. Even if I had the means to purchase a puppy at these prices, I would have to pass. We are looking I ng for a family member. Champion bloodlines mean nothing to us. $5000 dollars for a puppy? I just can't justify that. Someone is trying to get rich off of the dogs that they breed. Say No to Puppy Mills? It seems to me that People ought to look in the mirror.

Absolutely the best service I ever received when purchasing a puppy. They were very professional, caring and most of all 100% customer satisfaction driven. They constantly kept me informed about my puppy making sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. Any questions I had, no matter how trivial was answered promptly. My puppy arrived safe and sound, happy and clean. They are a top notch company that truly care about both puppy and customer.
Every staff member I had contact with during the adoption process was professional and answered every question. In addition, they provided step-by-step assistance for completing the process. Autumn was delivered on time and in great condition.
My bestie bought a corgie. Sweetest baby boy. They put the pup on a plane (for a healthy up charge)and sent it. The minute he was on the plane the breeder blocked my friends number. Fast forward 6 days and the pups congenital defect (cherry eye) showed itself. The dog needs surgery and life long medical care. Pawrade does not honor their health guarantee. They won’t give the breeders email address and nobody will address the issue. THIS SITE IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. RUN DONT WALK.
We adopted what was supposed to be a male German Shepherd puppy from this company. Instead, we were given a female puppy. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they told me they had contacted the other family involved — but failed to contact us. From that point on, communication has been extremely disappointing. Our calls have been avoided, and we continue to be pushed aside with excuses.
To make matters worse, we have not received any paperwork for the puppy we were given. We have no vaccination records, no medical documentation, and no clear health history. This is incredibly concerning as responsible pet owners — we need to know what vaccines she has received and what she may still need.
Additionally, our puppy has a hernia. We were never informed whether this was discovered at her first vet visit or if the company was aware of it at all. When we have asked for clarification, we’ve received no answers.
I have repeatedly requested to speak with someone who can provide the proper paperwork, but each time I’m told “the managers are in a meeting,” “they’re on another call,” or “that department is closed.” When I expressed concern about the urgency of the situation and our puppy’s safety due to the lack of medical history, I was told cases are handled on a “first come, first served” basis. Despite explaining that this is urgent and involves a living animal’s health, they refused to escalate the matter.
After my initial call, I was told someone would get back to me later that morning. No one did. I called again five hours later — still no update. I called again four hours after that — still no response.
At this point, this isn’t about money. It’s about the health and safety of our puppy. We simply want proper documentation and transparency, and the company has failed to provide either. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this business.
Pawrade has made the experience of adopting a pup easy and enjoyable. We appreciate the love put into the puppies and the process. Our baby, Oliver, has stolen our hearts already!
I had an amazing journey working with the service to bring my new baby girl Sheltie home. The agents were knowledgeable, experienced, and kind, guiding me through every step of the process. I received plenty of resources to prepare for her arrival. My beautiful, sweet little girl was delivered in great health, especially considering the long journey to her new home. Overall, it was an exceptional experience.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. However, I was somewhat bothered by the frequent emails received between finalizing the adoption and the puppy's arrival, urging us not to let someone else reserve our puppy. This led to some uncertainty about whether we had overlooked something, which was a bit stressful at times.
I had significant worries about acquiring a puppy from such a distance, but those concerns quickly disappeared thanks to the outstanding communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Most importantly, my healthy and happy puppy was delivered on time by fantastic transporters! I would wholeheartedly recommend the service and would definitely choose them again in the future without any hesitation!
