I recently purchased a dog tug-of-war toy from your store, but unfortunately, the product is of very poor quality. It doesn’t function as advertised and fails to stick, making it worthless for its intended purpose.Considering the significant amount of money spent on this toy, I am so very disappointed with the lack of quality and value.Total worthless
Terrible quality products at a very high priceI ordered interactive toy ball worth Rs.1500 from there website & it didn't work. When I raised the issue - they had the audacity to disable my account. This is a fraud company - BEWARE!!!
They sent the product without the receipt, so it feet it was some fraud company. The product is useless and I could not establish contact with them. It was much later that the ad came up again on insta and I could connect. Now They say it's too late for them to return the product. So my money has gone waste. Shows how little emphasis this company places on customer satisfaction and even ethics. Why did they not send me the invoice with product or through email????
This is absolutely a fraud company. I ordered two dog collar yesterday almost for ₹600 but received no details of payment , order id, nothing. No sms ,no emails. I dont even know when is the delivery date. Their customer service number given on the website is total fake. The whatsapp messages dont go through the calls dont connect. This company should be banned cheating people in the name of voiceless animals. How horrible people, I cant even imagine.Now I dont know what to do sitting and looking at my payment receipt from PhonePe.
This is one of the worst online store experiences Ever! I ordered my pet's food items on 3rd August, My order was Delayed and originally delivery was scheduled for 7th August. No communication on emails regarding the delays and no one tried to reach out to say where my packages were, they only cared about the money they received already through online payment. All their helplines were switched off, sent 2 emails to which I had gotten no reply. After finally searching on Google I got a number that got connected to someone from the backend team, she mentioned that the helplines are never closed - which was a big lie, And said my emails were replied to and must be in spam, Checked spam but could not find anything. She was good at convincing me that the problem was not on their end.However, on 16th August I received a message on what's app finally updating me that my order was not been able to dispatch cause of a certain issue of having no inventory and said my order is dispatched again on a priority basis and should be with me in 2 days. By then I had already ordered my products from another merchant and received them within 2 days. I had asked for cancellation and they told me that my order can not be canceled, and to say no to the delivery partner as this will create an auto-return query. Today I get another mail from the delivery partner that my order has been scheduled for 21st August. This is ridiculous again why am I promised and not delivered on time with my products and when I ask for cancellation why is my order not being cancelled when it has not even been dispatched?Please request all genuine buyers to never order from their online store and never do any payments, IDK how they are raising money, and shark-tank India has invested in it. this company is a fraud company and shouldn't be invested. None of their helplines are in place or any processes are being followed.please return my order and refund my amount. I am no more interested in purchasing anything from this store ever!
Pretty sure some of these reviews are fake. I'm so disappointed with Paws India. It's been two weeks, and 7 emails later, still no sign of them dispatching the product after they forgot to do so earlier. They sent an email three days ago responding to my inquiry email which informed them that I had not received my order and said they were extremely sorry and I would receive an order tracking number immediately. Still waiting for it. Would recommend finding a pet store near your place. Because these guys are definitely below any level of quality.
