Review Time
I placed an order for multiple items on the 16th Dec, 3 days later I was notified the most expensive item in my order is out of stock and will be delivered first week of Jan 2025. It is 10th Jan already and I am still waiting for updates/ or ideally my refund which I requested 2 days ago. Very poor communication!
Very pleased. I put in my order then panicked after reading all of the awful reviews on here. However, all was well. Good packaging too. The only improvement could be going back to the roots of the previous ownership by supporting Veganuary, Vegan causes and animal sanctuaries like FARS.
I placed an order on 21st March, there were issues on the website, but I contacted the team, and they were able to assist with my order. I then received my order on 24th March 2023, all the frozen goods arrived defrosted and had to be eaten within 24-48 hours. The Omni Golden Fillets: Plant-Based Fried Fish-Style Fillets had an expiry date of 7th January 2023. I contacted Vegan Kind to get a refund for the out-of-date and defrosted goods on 23, 24 and 28 March, and I am still awaiting a response. They quickly resolved the payment issue on their website, but they need to be swifter in addressing the out-of-date and defrosted food. Please avoid this company.
