I placed my order in late October, and the delivery date was changed twice. Then, I received notifications stating my order had been delivered on two occasions, but my local postal service couldn't find the tracking number. Shortly after, I got a message about shipping delays, followed by an email indicating my order was being resent, which resulted in another charge. Now, it's January 1, and I still haven't received anything. I reported the situation to the federal trade commission. This feels like a scam. The only reason I rated them 1 star is that I couldn't give zero.
