Absolutely terrible company. Beware do not buy off their online shopping site. I ordered a personalised mug for someone's birthday weeks ago, it still hasn't turned up and it's the person birthday today 29th January 2026. I ordered it for plenty of time so they would have it. Beware this is a con PAWSIONATE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I purchased a shirt for my mother for xmas. She is a 200 LB 80 year old woman and we ordered a 2xl . The first order was sent to us and the shirt was a child size. I ordered again the same size everything and again was sent a child size. I wrote back again and was further humiliated by asking me the sizes and measurments tat the shirt was. Abvousley telling them what they did wrong again wasn t good enough. I again told them what size they sent. In the meantime my mother in law never gor anything fr xmas because of them. I thought the customer was the one whose supposed to be right. I will never order form you folks again and will take every opportunity to share with others what they do to there customers.
I placed my order in late October, and the delivery date was changed twice. Then, I received notifications stating my order had been delivered on two occasions, but my local postal service couldn't find the tracking number. Shortly after, I got a message about shipping delays, followed by an email indicating my order was being resent, which resulted in another charge. Now, it's January 1, and I still haven't received anything. I reported the situation to the federal trade commission. This feels like a scam. The only reason I rated them 1 star is that I couldn't give zero.
