I regret spending nearly £150 with this service! I was promised next day delivery after placing my order on 02/12/2025, but now it's over a week late as today is 08/12/2025. When I received a text this morning saying my parcel was on its way, I was thrilled! However, I became worried when the delivery person brought a tiny package instead of the large box I expected. I recorded a video of the delivery to document how it arrived. Upon opening it, I discovered I was right to be concerned, as there were only 5 out of the 13 items I ordered! This included 4 very small items and a harness. I felt sick to my stomach after spending so much! The package label stated it was package 1 of 1, but my online account shows the order as fulfilled in one package!! I feel scammed! Either this service is fraudulent, or there's a dishonest individual in packing! I'm incredibly upset and deflated! I want the remaining items I paid for!!!! I've emailed the service and tagged them in my first of what may become many social media posts until I receive what I ordered! Absolutely appalled and furious!! I will never order from them again, as you can imagine!!!
