AVOID THIS! CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE! I had to give my pet away, so I filled out the cancellation form. Despite this, I was charged again. I reached out to them, and they promised a refund and cancellation, but I was charged for two more months! I only got my refund after involving my credit card company.
