DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE—CANCELLATION IS IMPOSSIBLE! I had to give my pet away, filled out the cancellation form, but was still charged. I contacted the support team, who promised a refund and cancellation, yet I was charged for two additional months! I resolved this only after involving my credit card company.

The product was damaged before I even opened it. I managed to keep it together long enough to put it on the dog, but it fell apart and the battery and button came out. It won’t stay together. I want my money back; it’s worthless and doesn't function.
