I ordered a cat tree from this service, and a few days later, I received an email stating that my address, just 20 minutes from the city center, was considered remote, requiring an additional $30 for shipping. This is absurd, considering my location is a major suburb, not a rural area. I disputed the charge, but instead of addressing my concerns, they simply canceled my order without any explanation or apology. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. If they are unwilling to ship to certain areas without hidden fees, that should be clearly communicated before purchase, not afterward. I wouldn’t recommend this service. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
