Avoid this service at all costs!

This service is a total scam! After placing an order, I received an email two days later demanding extra payment for shipping, claiming I was in a 'remote area'—which is false, as I live in a bustling city. When I inquired why this wasn't mentioned during the initial checkout, their response was that they lack the 'coders in the office' to update the system. Yet, they manage to run a full website? It just doesn't add up. I accept some responsibility for not researching better, but the site initially appeared reliable. Moreover, the receipt I received indicated that my payment went to a hotmail address, which seemed odd for a supposedly established company. Thankfully, I used a payment service that allowed me to dispute the charge and recover my funds. I strongly advise against ordering from this site!

This service is a scam!

This service is a scam!! I placed an order and two days later received an email requesting additional funds for a $20 postage fee, claiming my location was in a 'remote area' (which it is not, as I live in the heart of a city). When I inquired why this wasn't mentioned during the initial payment process, their response was that they lack 'coders in the office' to manage that. Yet, they can set up regular postage and run a whole website? It just doesn't add up. I acknowledge that I should have done my research beforehand, but the website initially seemed trustworthy. After completing my purchase, I received a receipt indicating payment was sent to a Hotmail address, which struck me as odd for a seemingly reputable company. Fortunately, I used a payment service and successfully disputed the charge to get my money back. I strongly advise against ordering from this site!!

Unexpected fees and order cancellation

I ordered a cat tree from this service, and a few days later, I received an email stating that my address, just 20 minutes from the city center, was considered remote, requiring an additional $30 for shipping. This is absurd, considering my location is a major suburb, not a rural area. I disputed the charge, but instead of addressing my concerns, they simply canceled my order without any explanation or apology. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. If they are unwilling to ship to certain areas without hidden fees, that should be clearly communicated before purchase, not afterward. I wouldn’t recommend this service. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
